AGES 6 - 8

Class Description:

Entry-level karate classes, same curriculum as Kids Karate without the pressure of promotional / rank testing. Designed for the younger student which needs time to grow into Kids Karate.

 

During class, students continue working on left and right cross-over movements for brain development, focus drills, balance drills, delay gratification exercises, stance development, proper fist structure and alignment, feet, hip, and hand alignment exercises, body alignment for proper kicking techniques.
 

Goal:
Graduate to Kids Karate
