Yoga With Nik

Join us at Summerville Family Martial Arts Center to learn about this deeply healing yoga method. We will explore the similarities and differences between this Kaiut-inspired practice and other yoga methods, and how Release Yoga can benefit you as a stand-alone practice, or become a powerful addition to your martial arts training, existing yoga practice, or another fitness routine.
